Go live in 12 weeks
Our process from the initial team workshop at your airport, to go live can happen in as little as 12 weeks. We need some input from you and a small amount of collaboration from your barrier system supplier and your chosen payment service provider. But if you haven’t decided on these yet, no worries, we can help point you in the right direction. We have a proven delivery process that you will actually enjoy being part of.
Migration from another system
Many airports have chosen to move to AeroParker from another airport car parking pre booking system. We apply the same process as we do for new customers but add an extra data migration procedure. We have a tried and trusted process to ensure everything runs smoothly from importing historical data to managing existing bookings with a future arrival date. Nothing will be lost in transit and you can be sure of zero risk.
Attentive expert services
AeroParker is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. Our AOC is available on request. Our data protection policies mean that your data is managed in the most secure fashion compliant with prevailing international, continental and national privacy and data protection laws.
Design and UX in house
Unusually for a software business we have design and front end experts in-house who will take care applying your brand to AeroParker. Our team also includes parking experts with 17 years’ experience to advise on pricing strategy and product ideas if you wish. Additionally our client services team, who will be your day-to day contact, will almost certainly speak in your own language.
