- Information related to business conducted with KMP Associates Ltd
- Whether they have opted-in to receive marketing material from KMP Associates Ltd.

- You have requested information from us on the services we provide to other businesses
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- From trade shows where you have agreed to share your information with exhibitors

Your information is securely stored in our SalesForce CRM database or in our Xero finance system.
We keep the personal information while we have a legitimate interest to do so. If there is no response to any contact from us the data will be deleted after 5 years.
