Junior Customer Success Manager

Significant growth in Europe, most recently with Munich Airport has created the need for a German speaking Junior Customer Success Manager, with specific focus on supporting our German clients, along with others across Europe.

Whilst experience as an account manager or customer success manager is desirable, it is not essential as you will receive mentoring and support from current Customer Success Managers to develop your skills as you learn the role and progress within the company as a Customer Success Manager.

General Responsibilities

  • Keeping our customers happy by first understanding and then focusing on their targets and outcomes
  • Overseeing the delivery and integration of our product into customer systems
  • Owning the post-sales client lifecycle
  • Work with customers to drive satisfaction
  • Maximising the value of our services to our customers
  • Build strong relationships with our customers
  • Contact potential buyers of AeroParker to arrange an online demo of AeroParker
  • Delivering demonstrations of AeroParker to prospective airport customers via Webinar or face to face will be expected after appropriate training
  • Be part of the team responding to tenders from prospective AeroParker clients
  • Assist with the implementation of the AeroParker system for new AeroParker customers.
  • Keep existing AeroParker customers informed on developments of the AeroParker system
  • Supporting existing AeroParker customers across UK, Europe and US to ensure they make the most of the functionality that AeroParker provides.
  • Sell additional consultancy and development services to existing AeroParker customers.
  • From time to time attend appropriate conferences in the UK and overseas

 Desirable skills

  • German speaker required, with additional languages preferable.
  • Some account management or customer success experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Keen and enthusiastic to learn the role
  • A good understanding of technical principles of software development
  • Experience of working in travel or airport sector

Working hours

Normal office hours are 9-5:30 pm UK time. However, as you will be dealing with clients across Europe there may be a need for some irregular hours to join conference calls.  You should also expect to split your time between the office and visiting both existing and potential clients in Europe to help with the implementation.

 In respect of this travel to and from client companies, trade shows and conferences will occur periodically which will mean there is an opportunity to travel throughout Europe and the US.

Salary

£20k – £23k basic depending on experience + OTE
