AeroParker, the ecommerce platform for airports, has been contracted to power the online and mobile pre-booking platform for car parking and ancillaries at Glasgow airport.
The platform will enable a new slick customer experience for passengers wishing to guarantee a parking space and any available ancillaries in advance of their arrival at the airport. In addition, a further innovation will soon allow passengers to pre-book lounge access not just at Glasgow Airport prior to departure but also, if available, at their destination airport for the return leg of their journey; all in a single basket along with their parking at Glasgow Airport before departure.
Passengers will also benefit from Aero Parker’s loyalty module that is being integrated with Glasgow Airports CRM provider. Pre-bookings will also be processed via web services integrations with third parties such as Holiday Extras via Rest API and APH. Travel Agents will also have their own platform to place and manage bookings on behalf of their travelling customers. Payments will be processed via Braintree bringing the latest payment options for passengers including PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay in addition to debit and credit cards.
